For a customer in Karlsruhe we are currently looking for a
User Helpdesk Supporter (m/f/d)
Role description
– Support of about 60 users within a small IT team. The following task contents:
– Deployment of Windows 10 Clients via Windows Deployment Service using PXE boot Image
– Reinstall and decomission of Client Application (O365, Adobe Suite, Google Workspace)
– Repairs / connection / return of Hardware (IT devices and IT peripherals)
– Access control to specific (server) applications / network drives / print server
Skills required
– Windows 10 Clients and O365
– Ticket system (Spiceworks)
– English mandatory, german and french a plus
– Driving licenses
Reference: 5645
Location: Karlsruhe(3 days a week) / remote (2 days a week)
Workload: Full time
Employment: Freelancer
Start: 28.09.2023
